We Believe

We believe that the intersection between community need and education is the most powerful place to learn. By grounding our projects in meaningful, hands-on applications, students explore as much of the why as of the what, deepening their understanding of themselves and the powerful role they can play in the process.

We believe in empowering youth with the skills and confidence to tackle global problems directly. Huge social, economic, and environmental issues bombard us all and leave many feeling lost in what to do about any of it. Together, we will find new actions and through small steps bring about radical change.

We believe in removing the walls between academia and industry, literally. When school is custom tailored to individual passions and collective need, not only does content come alive, students come alive. Join us as we create curriculum that leads students to express their full capacity and creativity to improve the world around them.

We believe that our education system has forgotten to ask “Why do we learn?” in response to standardization and tradition. Let’s combine our efforts to revisit that question as we co-create relevant education.
